Q: How much are custom stitch colors?
A: All customization fees on a Backrest are covered by us.
Q: Can you embroid a custom logo on it?
A: No, files used in embroidered need to be adapted from vectorized files and often stitched out and modified many times to get the thread coverage and artwork correctly displayed. The first time a graphic is stitched is time consuming and can be costly if multiple corrections are required.
Q: Do I need a cover or replacement?
A: If it's 1990 to 2013 then just the cover is build for you to re wrap the existing back pad. If its 2014 to 2024 then you receive the complete replacement pad
Q: How long is the production time?
A: Generally, 5 to 7 weeks under normal conditions. Late Spring it ramps up the time a bit as well as peak summer with events and shows slows production down.
