Every seat is custom made upon order in the USA

How it works:

1. Select your bike model from the available options in the drop-down menu.
2. Checkout and pay for the seat.
3. In checkout, be sure to include your phone number so we can call you to customize your seat.
4. We will call you to review the design options for your Custom Odin Mfg X Saddlemen™ seat.
5. Your seat ordered is submitted to Saddlemen and goes into production - production times VARY SEASONALLY based on Saddlemen™ work load.

Frequently asked questions:

Q: How much are custom stitch colors?

A: All customization fees on a Step Up aside from the passenger gel insert are covered by us.

Q: Can you embroid a custom logo on it?

A: No, files used in embroidered need to be adapted from vectorized files and often stitched out and modified many times to get the thread coverage and artwork correctly displayed. The first time a graphic is stitched is time consuming and can be costly if multiple corrections are required. 

Q: Can you make one for my bike?

A: If Saddlemen™ makes a Step Up seat for your year and model motorcycle then yes. No we can't build custom seats for bikes not included in their catalogue.

Q: How long is the production time?

A: Generally, 5 to 7 weeks under normal conditions. Late Spring it ramps up the time a bit as well as peak summer with events and shows slows production down.

Q: Can you help me visualize it? 

A: After you've purchased a seat, If needed we can build you a computer mockup to help you visualize what it will look like.

Q: Can I add SaddleGel™ or Heat to the Rider and passenger seat?

A: SaddleGel™ is automatically included in the rider section of a Step Up, For Passenger gel simply click this link add it to the order like any other item on the site and we will make sure it's in there. Heat is not available on a Saddlemen Step Up

Q: I have an aftermarket dash/tank/rear fender - will the seat fit?

A: Honestly, how on earth can we know? If your stock seat fits then there's probably a good chance. In saying that, Motorcycles have so many aftermarket customization options that we can't expect Saddlemen to know of or modify seats to accommodate the thousands of aftermarket parts. So, if you have some heavy custom mods please be aware fitment cannot be guaranteed. That’s part of the custom game.

Early year Harley Davidson Softails don’t have a seat pan made except for Blacklines, Slims, and Breakouts

Early model baggers may require a small dash extension kit to fill the gap from seat to dash - the part is available from Drag Specialties USA part #408117
