How To Make A Return or Exchange
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW THE STEPS LISTED BELOW TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. THIS IS A SIMPLE SELF-SERVING PROCESS FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS THAT ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We think you'll be stoked with what you ordered. If something doesn't work out, we accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or defective items with all labels still attached for return or exchange within 50 days from arrival. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of Canada or the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.
(Please Note: Pilling after the 50-day return window is due to incorrect washing or handling and will not be accepted for return. Centralized pilling is due to direct rubbing/friction with another surface and will not be treated as defective. Please contact support with any questions on the best wash/care instructions for your styles.)
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Customers choosing to exchange will receive a free shipping label through our returns & exchanges portal. We subtract the cost of return shipping labels from the total product refund. To save time, return labels will be available through our returns & exchanges portal. Refunds will issued to the original method of payment. Returns/refunds are processed Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm Mountain time. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed by financial institutions.
INITIATE RETURNS & EXCHANGES here
STEP 1. Click on the "INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE NOW" button. Enter your Order number.
STEP 2. Enter your ZIP Code or Postal Code and click the "START A RETURN" button.
STEP 3. Add the items you want to add to the Return or Exchange by clicking on the Product. Eligible items will show as white. Ineligible items will be greyed out.
STEP 4. Choose Exchange, Return, or get a Bonus with Store Credit. Choose a reason for the Return or Exchange. Follow each of the next steps when prompted to complete the process. If you're returning a non-defective item, you will be charged for the cost of the Return shipping label.
Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can track your order. Separate orders should be returned separately with the coordinating return label. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.
