Return or Exchange
Products sent back within 30 days of purchase that are in unused condition (unworn, with the original tags and without stains or issues) can be accepted for a return or exchange.
Please include the original packing slip, product tags and product packaging in your returning parcel.
Once the returned product has been received and processed you will be refunded back to your original method of payment for the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For replacement items, simply place a new online order for the product you would prefer. This ensures we have in stock what you are after and it is processed/shipped ASAP.

Use the link below to print a return shipping label and attach it to the outside of your parcel.
If you received the wrong item or something was missing from your order, take a photograph of the items you received with your packing slip. Submit the photos, your order number and an explanation of the issue through our contact form.

Our shipping software will automatically email your tracking number to you when your order is ready to ship.
If you don’t find the tracking email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Occasionally, the emails can be mislabeled as spam or junk and may even be blocked.
