General

The best way to reach us is through our website contact form. We generally answer emails within 24 hours. The more info you provide in form boxes gives us a solid head start to getting your issue resolved.

We hear this a lot and it’s good for you to know emails go out AUTOMATICALLY after a purchase is made, as well as the second an order ships. So, if you aren’t getting our emails it’s likely one of four things. Check this list before emailing us to speed up the solution and avoid being asked to do this first.
 
1) Check your main inbox – I know it sounds obvious. But just try this first. Type “Odin Mfg” into your email search bar. It often shows up there. 
 
2) Check your spam inbox – Same as step one. Search “Odin Mfg” in here too. Due to increased privacy filters with email providers, the generic nature of these emails can accidentally get them filtered directly into spam boxes. We actually spend a fair bit of time working with email provider policies to modify our email wording in hopes of avoiding these filters.
 
3) Check your email trash box – Repeat the process of step 1 and 2 by searching Odin Mfg” in this inbox as well. If your email is anything like ours it can get hit with a lot of garbage and many times while deleting mass emails, our notifications can be accidentally selected and deleted. Like a dolphin caught in the tuna net. Tuna nets suck. 
 
4) Email was typed in wrong – This is so common and is almost always the solution if steps 1 to 3 didn’t yield results. Emails auto-send to the address you provided for your order. So if nothing else worked, a typo is likely the nemesis. Luckily it’s a quick easy fix. Hit the contact us form and give us the quick basics like: your issue, full name you ordered with AND include the correct email address you want the notifications to go to. We’ll pull it up on our end, edit the email if necessary and resend out the notification. Crisis averted.

You can find your order number in your order confirmation email that was sent to the email address used to place the online order.

Return or Exchange

Products sent back within 30 days of purchase that are in unused condition (unworn, with the original tags and without stains or issues) can be accepted for a return or exchange.

Please include the original packing slip, product tags and product packaging in your returning parcel.

Once the returned product has been received and processed you will be refunded back to your original method of payment for the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For replacement items, simply place a new online order for the product you would prefer. This ensures we have in stock what you are after and it is processed/shipped ASAP.

Package up your unused product (unworn, with the original tags and without stains or issues) and make sure to include the original packing slip, product tags and product packaging.

If you received the wrong item or something was missing from your order, take a photograph of the items you received with your packing slip. Submit the photos, your order number and an explanation of the issue through our contact form.

Shipping

Our shipping software will automatically email your tracking number to you when your order is ready to ship.

If you don’t find the tracking email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Occasionally, the emails can be mislabeled as spam or junk and may even be blocked.

If you are still unsuccessful in locating your tracking number, submit your order number and a request for your tracking information through our contact form.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3 pm and typically ship within 48 hours from the time of purchase. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is ready to be shipped. Once your order has been picked up by the postal service, the shipping time is approximately 3 – 10 business days, depending on your location.

International orders can be shipped via DHL. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. If you would like a shipping cost estimate, submit your shipping address and the items you are thinking of purchasing through our contact form.

Products

Click the “How To Measure” link found above the “Add to Cart” button on each product page for instructions on how and where to measure for each product. Compare your measurements to our size charts or input your measurements into our size calculator to determine your corresponding size.
If the product you want is out of stock, we recommend signing up to be notified by email when we have stock available in your size. Click the red X over your sold-out size and a “notify me” button will appear, click and sign up.

Warranty

We handle warranty claims on a case-by-case basis. To make a claim, submit photos of the product and what needs to be repaired along with an explanation of the issue through our contact form. If you have the original order number, please include it.
